Are you hosting a brunch for Galentine’s Day? Or maybe you want something fun to make for a Valentine’s Day breakfast!
We got you! Our heart-shaped waffle board is filled with the best berries from North Bay Produce.
Not only did we include blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, but our citrus waffles are the perfect pairing!

We made our strawberry fluff dip for toppings and added another favorite- chocolate hazelnut spread.

You can also opt to use syrup or whipped cream.
And we can’t forget the bacon. Adding bacon will win anyone’s heart!
Mimosas or our Pink Señorita pair well with this brunch board.

Also, did you peep those long-stemmed strawberries? Yup, North Bay Produce carries those, too!

What’s on our Waffle Board:
- heart-shaped waffles using Kruzteaz pancake mix (recipe below)
- mini chocolate chips
- thick-cut bacon
- strawberry fluff dip

You will need a heart-shaped waffle maker. This is the heart waffle maker we used for this board.
I loved using this board because it makes more than one size of heart-shaped waffles.
We also used a heart-pattern waffle maker (no longer available).

How to put this waffle board together:
Heart-shaped Waffles: Prepare heart-shaped waffles using Krusteaz pancake mix. Follow the pancake mix box instructions to make the waffles (or use our recipe above). Use a heart-shaped waffle maker to create a romantic waffle shape.
Toppings:
- Place a small bowl (or heart-shaped cookie cutter) of mini chocolate chips on the board.
- Cook the bacon until crispy and arrange it on the board.
- Prepare or purchase strawberry fluff dip and place it in a bowl on the board.
- Put hazelnut (Nutella) spread in a bowl for dipping.
- Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, and Blueberries. Wash and arrange these fruits in small piles or clusters around the board.
- Long Stem Strawberries. Clean and display these strawberries strategically on the board.
- Pour the syrup into a small pitcher or bowl, then place it on the board.

- Clean and dry the round marble board to create a clean canvas for your waffle board.
- Arrange the heart-shaped waffles on the board, covering most of it.
- Then add the various toppings around the edge of the board: mini chocolate chips, bacon, strawberry-fluff dip, and hazelnut.
- Scatter some of the raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and long-stem strawberries around the waffles and toppings. I also put some of the fruit in small bowls and placed them towards the bottom of the board.
- Place a bowl with syrup on the board.
Optional tip: Consider using edible flowers or powdered sugar for an extra touch of elegance.

This waffle board is great to make for a Valentine’s Day party or a Galentine’s brunch.
Or, if you want to make it for an anniversary breakfast or another theme, this board works for all those occasions.
You can also make the waffles without shaping them into hearts.
