Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with a non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice the cookie dough into twelve slices and press dough in an even layer around the pan, leaving half-inch around the edge. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow the cookie to cool completely.
Add the butter to the bowl of your mixer and beat the butter on medium speed until the butter is light and fluffy. Turn the mixer down to low and add in the sugar a little at a time. Once all the sugar is incorporated, add in the vanilla and the milk.
Divide the frosting into three bowls. Color one batch of the frost with the orange food coloring and one batch with the yellow food coloring.
Spread the yellow frosting around the outer two inches of the cookie so you end up with a yellow ring. Then spread the orange frosting next to the yellow frosting about two inches thick. Finally, fill the center circle with white frosting.
Sprinkle the candy corn mix all over the pizza.
Cut into slices and enjoy.
