Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Prep the chicken wings by rinsing and patting them dry with paper towel.
Using a large butcher knife, cut the chicken wing at the joint, then remove the tip and discard it.
Using a small bowl, combine the chili lime seasoning, crushed Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked black peppercorns. Mix well.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat; once melted, add the extra virgin olive oil.
Arrange the chicken wings on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, brush them with the melted butter and olive oil mixture, and sprinkle liberally with the seasoning mixture. Turn the wings over and repeat.
Place the wings on the center rack of 400 degrees preheated oven and bake for a total of 30-35 minutes. (Note: halfway through, turn the wings for even browning)
Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with your favorite Buffalo sauce.
Serve.
Note: to lock in the flavor, brush your favorite sauce, then return to the oven for about 10 minutes.
