- 1/2 cup cucumbers sliced thin
- 2 lemons sliced
- 6 tbsp pre-sweetened powdered lemonade or homemade lemonade
- 3 cups of cold water
- 4 ounces Reyka Vodka or vodka of your choice, adjust to taste
- crushed ice or cubed, your preference
- fresh mint sprigs for garnish optional
Make the Lemonade: Combine 6 tablespoons of pre-sweetened powdered lemonade or your homemade lemonade base into a large pitcher. Add water to fill the pitcher about 3/4 full, leaving room for ice and the cucumber and lemon slices. Stir.
Prepare the Drink: Add the sliced cucumbers and lemons to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
Add the Vodka: Pour in 4 ounces of Reyka Vodka (or your choice) and mix well. Taste and adjust the vodka to your desired strength. For a boozy lemonade, you may want to add an additional 2-3 ounces.
Chill: Add crushed or cubed ice to the pitcher, adjusting the amount to suit your chill and dilution preferences.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, and serve immediately.
