Into a cocktail shaker tin, add ice, unsweetened coconut milk, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, coconut syrup, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Secure the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for thirty seconds (30).
Strain into a serving glass.
Garnish with a wedge of lime, pineapple chunk, and a singe pineapple frond threaded on a cocktail stick.
Serve.
