Course: Cocktails
Cuisine: American
Servings: 8
- 2 1/2 cups of Smirnoff Red White & Berry Vodka
- 6 cups Tropicana Watermelon Drink
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup blueberry syrup Torani, Monin, or make your own blueberry syrup
- 1/3 cup honey
- juice of a large lemon
- ice
- 8-10 fresh strawberries cut in half
- 8-10 slices of watermelon
- 8-10 blueberries
Into a food processor, add the fresh blueberries, blueberry syrup, and honey, then pulse for 10 seconds. Pulsing the mixture briefly will ensure most of the blueberries remain mostly whole rather than completely macerated. Pour the blueberry mixture into a medium Mason-style jar, screw on the lid, and set it aside.
Into a large pitcher, add the vodka, watermelon drink, and the juice of a large lemon. Stir vigorously for thirty to forty seconds.
Fill 12-ounce party glasses with ice and pour the spiked vodka punch to the top. Spoon one to two tablespoons of the blueberry and honey mixture over the top.
Garnish with a cocktail stick of watermelon, a half slice of a fresh strawberry, and juicy blueberries.
Serve.
