Ingredients

  • 6 –8 Cherry plums
  • 1 pound fresh cherries
  • 1 medium dragon fruit sliced into cubes or half-moons
  • 1 cup North Bay Produce Blueberries
  • 6 ounces North Bay Produce Raspberries
  • 1 pound North Bay Produce Strawberries halved
  • 6 ounces North Bay Produce Blackberries & Reserve Blackberries
  • ¼ cup blueberry preserves
  • ¼ cup sour cherry spread
  • ¼ cup truffle aioli
  • 4 ounces Dutch Smoked Cheese cubed or sliced
  • 6 ounces White Cheddar Cheese sliced
  • 1 5.2-ounce package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb Cheese
  • 12 slices of mild salami
  • 12 slices of hard salami
  • 10 –12 Twinkle butter cookies
  • 8 –10 Star-Spangled vanilla cake cookies
  • 6 white chocolate-dipped pretzel rods
  • ½ cup Red White & Blue M&M mix
  • 6 festive mini cupcakes
  • 2 Hershey's popping candy bars broken into pieces

Instructions

  • I wanted to create a red, white, and blue order across the board, starting with the star in the middle.
  • I started by using a star-shaped cookie cutter in the middle of this marble board, then filled it with the red, white, and blue M&M's.
  • Fold or roll the salami and place it near cheeses and dips.
  • Creating small clusters throughout the board makes it feel full and intentional.
  • Add strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, blackberries, and cherry plums throughout the board.
  • Slice dragon fruit and tuck pieces into open spaces.
  • Arrange cookies, pretzel rods, candy bars, and M&M candies around the board.
  • This is where the magic happens. Add mini cupcakes, bowls of preserves and aioli, and your cheeses across the board.
  • Scatter blueberries, M&Ms, and smaller fruit into empty spots until the board feels abundant and full.
  • I also placed the cookie stars on top of the meats, cheeses, and other items across the board.
