A weekend brunch just got easier with this Everything Bagel Board.
Loaded with everything bagels, smoked salmon, cheese, fruit, dips, and Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel favorites, this easy brunch board is perfect for hosting or for a slow weekend brunch.

Everything Bagel Board – Brunch Idea
Our Everything Bagel Board is perfect for a weekend brunch.
If you’re hosting friends for a weekend brunch or want a lazy brunch idea, check out how we put this board together.
We love Everything Bagels. They are a breakfast staple for us, and paired with a variety of Everything but the Bagel products, you can’t go wrong with this delicious setup.
We added a variety of items, including fresh fruit and cheese.
We were able to find many of these items at our local Trader Joe’s.
But since Everything but the Bagel products are popular, you should be able to find the same or similar items at your local grocery stores, as well as World Market and HomeGoods.

Here’s everything we put on our Everything Bagel Board:
- Organic Blueberry Preserves
- Strawberry & Jalapeno Crisps
- Everything but the Bagel Greek Style Yogurt Dip
- Everything but the Bagel Nut Duo with almonds & cashews
- Mini (Almost) Everything Bagel Sandwich Crackers
- Everything but the Bagel Seasoned Bite-Sized Crackers
- Everything but the Bagel Seasoned Smoked Salmon (you will want to grab as many packs as you need for the number of guests)
- Puff Pastry Triangles (rosemary, savory, onion & garlic)
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Black Figs
- Sweet Cherries
- Cherry Plums
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Manchego cheese
- Creamy Toscano Cheese Soaked in Syrah
- 4-6 Everything Bagels

How To Build An Everything Bagel Board
Start with your larger items first.
Place the Everything Bagels, bowls of preserves and yogurt dip, and any small ramekins around the board.
Then add your cheeses and smoked salmon.
Next, tuck in the crackers, crisps, puff pastry triangles, and nut duo.
Fill in the open spaces with the fresh fruit.
We like to scatter the berries and cherries around the board so it feels full, colorful, and just a little bit extra—in the best possible way.
Use contrasting colors and varied textures to enhance visual appeal and make the board more inviting.
Finally, add a few small serving knives and spoons so guests can help themselves.
If you’re hosting, slice the bagels ahead of time and place them near the cream cheese and smoked salmon so people can build their own perfect bite. [tip: My personal preference is waiting to toast the bagels once guests are ready to eat]

What To Serve With An Everything Bagel Board
This bagel board works on its own, but if you’re hosting a bigger brunch, here are some ideas on what to pair the board with:
- A simple casserole or quiche
- thick-cut bacon or breakfast sausage
- Mini yogurt parfaits
- Fresh orange juice or mimosas
- Coffee | Lattes
If you’re hosting at home, this is one of those brunch ideas that looks impressive without requiring you to spend your whole morning in the kitchen.

Tips For Creating A Bagel Board
- Use a large wooden board or serving tray so everything has room to move.
- Choose a mix of sweet and savory items for variety.
- Prep everything ahead of time and assemble just before guests arrive. This approach helps you feel organized and relaxed, making hosting more enjoyable.
- If you can’t find Trader Joe’s versions, use any Everything Bagel seasoned crackers, dip, nuts, or smoked salmon from your local store. Check stores like Home Goods, Whole Foods, or World Market for Everything Bagel products.
- Add seasonal fruit depending on the time of year. In the summer, peaches and grapes work beautifully. During the fall, sliced apples and pears are delicious.
How Many People Does This Everything Bagel Board Serve?
This board will comfortably serve 4-6 people for brunch, depending on what else you are serving.

Can I Make This Bagel Board Ahead Of Time?
You can prep most of the ingredients ahead of time.
Wash the fruit, slice the cheese, and portion everything into bowls.
Assemble the board up to 1 hour before serving and keep it covered in the refrigerator.
To maintain freshness, add delicate items like berries and herbs just before guests arrive.

What Can I Use Instead Of Everything Bagels?
Plain, sesame, onion, or asiago bagels would all work well if you can’t find Everything Bagels.
Costco carries a variety of bagels. You can also check local bakeries for a wide variety of bagel options.

What Cheese Goes Best On A Bagel Board?
We love using Manchego and Creamy Toscano Cheese Soaked in Syrah because they pair well with the sweet fruit and savory bagel flavors.
Goat cheese, brie, and sharp cheddar are also great options.
Whether you’re hosting people around the table or pulling together a relaxed Sunday brunch for your family, this Everything Bagel Board keeps things easy, delicious, and just fancy enough to make it feel like you really have your life together.
It’s the breakfast board you’ll want to make again and again for easy and effortless!
